Who we are
Responsive Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is an international sales and marketing agency headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal information you submit through this website.

What information we collect
When you submit a contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Service of interest (optional)
- The content of your message
- The page on our site you submitted from
- The date and time of submission
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any of the information you submit. We use minimal first-party analytics to understand which content is read and which is not, and the data collected there is anonymous.
Why we collect it
We process your information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about (legitimate interest)
- To send you a confirmation that your enquiry was received (legitimate interest)
- To keep records of communications for service quality and dispute resolution (legitimate interest)
- To comply with our legal obligations (legal obligation)
We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked us to. We do not add your details to a mailing list as a result of an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 36 months from the date of submission for service quality and dispute resolution purposes, after which it is deleted. If you become a client of ours, your information is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 6 years following the end of the engagement, in line with standard professional practice.
You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the third-party processors required to operate our services:
- Supabase — database hosting for the enquiry record. Data hosted in the EU. Supabase is the data processor.
- SendGrid (Twilio) — sending the email confirmation to you and the notification to our team. Data flows through SendGrid's US-based infrastructure under standard contractual clauses.
- Vercel — hosting this website. Vercel processes minimal request metadata for delivery purposes.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements with us and process data only on our instructions.
International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside your country of residence. Where this is the case, data is transferred under appropriate safeguards including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- The right to know what data we hold about you
- The right to a copy of that data
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to object to or restrict processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function (for example, session and security cookies). We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not require a cookie banner because we do not use the categories of cookies that require consent under GDPR or ePrivacy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing clients.
